Privacy Policy

Updated: August 18, 2026

This policy explains how VOLTAZH collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.

1. Introduction

We respect your privacy and process your data lawfully, fairly and transparently under the GDPR.

2. Data controller

The data controller is VOLTAZH. For any privacy request you can contact us at hi@voltazh.ru.

3. What data we collect

Your name and contacts (phone, email), plus any information you voluntarily submit via request forms.

4. Legal bases

We process data on the bases of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Cookie consent

We use cookies for essential functionality, analytics and marketing. Non-essential cookies are loaded only with your prior consent, which you can accept, reject or manage at any time — rejecting is as easy as accepting and can be withdrawn whenever you like.

6. International transfers

Your data may be transferred outside the EEA, including to Russia, which the European Commission has not deemed to provide adequate protection. Such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing (Art. 15–22). You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. your national Data Protection Authority).

9. Contact

For data questions, email hi@voltazh.ru.

10. Changes
