Service Agreement (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer by VOLTAZH to provide digital services: development, promotion, design and advertising, governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
1. General
The offer is addressed to any capable individual or business wishing to order digital services.
2. Subject
The studio provides digital services; the client accepts and pays for them as set out in the agreement.
3. Acceptance
A request via the site and/or payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer, including consent to the processing of personal data.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed on the site and in the proposal; the final price is fixed in the contract and invoice.
5. Timeline
Timelines are set in the specification and contract agreed by both parties.
6. Responsibilities
Both parties cooperate and provide the necessary information and materials in a timely manner.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, except in cases of direct damage.
8. Confidentiality
The parties keep each other's trade secrets and confidential information confidential.
